When an injury gets in the way of your sport
You pulled up mid-sprint with a sharp pain in the back of your thigh.
Your knee swelled after a twist in futsal.
Your shins ache after every run.
Overhead shots in padel or tennis hurt your shoulder.
You’re back training, but you don’t trust the injured side.
A race or tournament is coming, and a niggle won’t settle.

Back to sports with our 4-stage sports rehab
We don’t stop when the pain is gone. We keep training you until your body is ready for your sport.
Settle the pain and injury
Hands-on treatment and gentle exercise ease pain and stiffness, so you can move normally again.
Build strength and restore movement
You rebuild strength and get the joint moving fully again. We compare the injured side with the other side, so you can see your progress.
Train for your sport
When your body is ready for harder work, training turns to what your sport asks for. That might be rotational power for a golfer, agility for a football player or speed for a swimmer.
Back to your sport with confidence
Before full play, we test you against your uninjured side. When you pass, we agree on a return date together.
What our athletes and sports injury patients say...
Kingsley has trained and had physiotherapy with us for almost two years. We found which part was injured and built strength training around it, with hands-on treatment for tight muscles along the way.

My first visit is pleasant. Physiotherapist is Jamie and she is patient, thorough and knowledgeable. She helped me with my shoulder injury result from tennis and pickleball. After diagnosis, she introduced a few type of exercise to strengthen my back muscle to prevent future injuries. She also whatsapp me all the Youtube links for me to refer and also did a follow up few days later. The premise is clean, spacious and professional.I highly recommend ONI and Jamie.
The physiotherapist took the time to listen carefully and understand my son’s condition before starting treatment. The treatment was very thorough, and the aftercare and follow-up advice were excellent as well.We felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. Highly recommended, especially for young athletes with sports injuries!
I came to see Joshua for an ankle injury I got from running, and I’m really glad I did. He was professional and thorough in identifying the problem right from the start. He was able to figure out what was wrong and treated the inflammation really well. He’s very skilled and professional, yet also friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate how patient he is when listening to my concerns and how he guided me through the exercises I needed to do.What I like most is that he checks in and follows up from time to time, which shows he genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend Joshua if you need a physiotherapist! 5 star!
Came for my 1-2 year old ankle sprain that continued to cause me pain when walking more than 10minutes, and limited my skating practice. Have been seeing Eva for a month and thanks to her mobility and strength focus, I’ve been able to do more in the last 2-3 weeks than the last 1-2 years. Can even jog and skate long enough to challenge my endurance and strength without worrying about causing further injury! Thanks for your amazing work, and letting me enjoy my sports again! 🙂
Highly recommend to this ONI Physio Fitness centre they really in a good experience and patience to know how to help up your problems. Thanks for helping up my son Athlete Journey to achieve next level.
I went to Malcolm after recommended by a friend. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and detailed in terms of diagnosis on the discomfort felt near my knee. He did some muscles relief massage and stretching alongside with few legs exercises he recommended for me to do on my own to speed up my recovery from ITB syndrome. After two weeks, now I am back to playing sports again. In summary, professional, great ambience & reasonable price.
I had a great experience with Eva after a recent pickleball injury. Her treatment plan significantly reduced my discomfort after the first visit. I’m happy to be returning for continued progress and would recommend Eva and this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.
Therapist Eva was knowledgeable and assisted with managing my knee injury which occured post run. Did a 3D body scan as well to further understand my current body posture and its effects long term. Very pleased with the service and help rendered! Highly recommended.
Had partial tears in my wrist from volleyball and was advised to go for physio in order to gain back normal mobility.Joshua is highly recommended, all my sessions with him were informative and most importantly comfortable and fun! Sports injuries we treat
We treat a range of sports injuries, whether it’s an acute injury, long-term pain or recovery after surgery.
ACL and meniscus injuries
A twist, a pop and a swollen knee, often in futsal, basketball or badminton. We take you from the first weeks through to cutting and jumping again.
Hamstring strain
A sudden grab in the back of the thigh while sprinting or kicking. We rebuild strength and speed in stages, so it holds up at full pace.
Jumper's knee (patellar tendinopathy)
Pain just below the kneecap from jumping and landing. We load the tendon gradually until it copes with your sport.
Runner's knee and IT band pain
Pain around the kneecap or down the outside of the knee as your mileage builds. We look at your strength, your running and your training load.
Shin splints
An ache along the inside of the shin that builds with running. We adjust your training and strengthen your calves and hips.
Ankle sprain from a bad landing
Rolled ankles are common in court sports. We focus on the jumps and cuts you need to get back.
Shoulder pain in overhead sports
Pain with serves, smashes or throws, often from the rotator cuff. We strengthen the shoulder for the speed of your sport.

Common questions about sports physiotherapy
When can I go back to playing?
When the injured side has the strength and control your sport needs, not just when the pain stops. Your physiotherapist agrees a return date with you once you pass those checks.
Can you help after ACL or other sports surgery?
Yes. We follow your surgeon’s plan and limits, and we can speak with your surgeon if you ask us to. Sports rehab after surgery usually runs for months, so we plan it in stages.
I only have a niggle. Is it worth booking?
Yes, if it’s changing how you train or keeps coming back. One assessment tells you whether you need a full plan or just a few changes to your training.
Can I claim physiotherapy on insurance?
It depends on your insurer. With Great Eastern, we help with a direct claim, subject to eligibility. With other insurers, you pay first and we give you a physiotherapy report and receipt so you can claim. We don’t accept Guarantee Letters.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear loose clothes you can move in, such as a T-shirt and shorts. Bring any X-ray, MRI or ultrasound reports you have. If you don’t have any, that’s fine.
What language does your team speak?
Our team speaks English, Malay and Mandarin, and some of us also speak Hokkien, Hakka and Cantonese. If you’d prefer a language other than English, mention it in your WhatsApp message when you book.
Where are you, and where do I park?
We’re on Level 3A of 1 Mont Kiara Mall. Park in the basement, then take the lift at Zone C5 up to Level 3A.
