Malcolm Chong

Malcolm graduated from UTAR with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Hons) and is a Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience. Passionate about his work, Malcolm incorporates physiotherapy biomechanics and kinesiology into his clients’ fitness programs to prevent injuries and improve functional training for everyday activities.

With over 2000 clinical hours in physiotherapy, Malcolm has assisted clients ranging from 10 to 90 years old, addressing various musculoskeletal problems and movement dysfunctions. He has also participated in on-field sports events like the Standard Chartered Marathon and All Women Volleyball Competition.He used to be physiotherapist and personal trainer for Malaysia Olympic 2016 Badminton Mix Double Silver Medal, Goh Liu Ying for 2 years.He conditioned Goh Liu Ying’s physical fitness and work with her injury to get Goh Liu Ying in her peak form during her badminton competition. In addition, Malcolm also render on-site physiotherapy service to Goh Liu Ying, Soong Joo Ven (Malaysia National Badminton Single Player), Tan Kian Meng (Malaysia National Badminton Mix Double Player) and Zhang Bei Wen (USA Badminton Women Single Player Champion) during their competition for Daihatsu Indonesia Masters 2022 (Super 500 Series) and East Venture Indonesia Open 2022 (Super 1000 Series).

Malcolm strongly believes in “Movement Therapy” to alleviate pain, enhance physical function, and boost sports performance. He understands the importance of effective communication with clients to tailor treatment and training programs, ensuring goals are achieved within a specified timeframe and surpassing clients’ expectations!

Bryan Ng

Graduated from UTAR with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, Bryan began involving himself in the social sports scene, most notably in futsal and football rehabilitating social athletes for the past 3 years. With over 1800 clinical hours and being a Certified Dry Needle Practitioner, he has experience working with a wide range of injuries, from minor sprains to more serious musculoskeletal conditions.

Besides being a physiotherapist, Bryan is also a personal trainer, taking exercise technique and intensity with detail, pushing his clients to progress and newer heights. He has coached people of various age groups, and will be able to cater to your needs and condition. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence, Bryan Ng is someone who can help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

Chee Cheng

CC is a passionate individual dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and overcome challenges that hinder your optimal physical health. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from UTAR, along with certifications as a Kinesiotaping practitioner and a Dry Needling practitioner.

CC has valuable experience working in an orthopedic specialist center, accumulating over 2000 clinical hours. In the past two years, she has conducted group exercises for the community and participated in on-field sports events. Her special interest lies in scoliosis patients, where she emphasizes body movement and postural education to enhance your understanding of your body’s functioning.

CC firmly believes that “Movement is the Medicine.” Leveraging her knowledge and experience, she possesses the skills to provide comprehensive care and guidance. CC designs personalized treatment plans tailored to individuals with severe illnesses, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and fitness aspirations, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Kenneth Yee

Kenneth graduated from MAHSA University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy and has undergone over 1500 hours of clinical posting hours which includes Neurological cases, musculoskeletal cases and sport’s cases. 



Besides that,Ken has a passion for trail running and obstacle course racing which gives him the edge as he gets first hand understanding on the demands of these sports and with that it enables him to effectively treat and train athletes to help them achieve their competitive goals safely. Besides athletes, Ken also understands that with exercise and rehab, it plays a fundamental role in our rehabilitation process.

Ken believes that “Rehabilitation & Fitness start with fundamental movements” and by building a strong foundation in movement you are able to unlock your true physical potential. Whether you are recovering from an injury or striving for peak performance.

Lam

Lam is a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives through exercise. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Malaya, Lam possesses a deep understanding of the science behind physical fitness and is committed to helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

With a background as an active Captain Ball athlete, Lam truly comprehends the significance of strength and conditioning in sports to enhance performance and prevent injuries. Her experience extends beyond the court, as she has successfully worked with athletes from various sports, including basketball and football, guiding them in their journey to return to sport post-injury and improve their overall strength and conditioning.

Lam firmly believes that exercise training isn’t just about keeping the body healthy; it’s about enhancing the quality of everyday life. She approaches each client uniquely, designing creative yet effective exercises based on their specific needs and goals, incorporating compound movements to challenge and engage her clients while making training sessions enjoyable.
