Fixing pain temporarily isn’t our goal—we focus on addressing the root cause to prevent it from coming back.
With proper physiotherapy guidance, you don't have to sacrifice the activities you enjoy!
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We design treatment plans based on each patient’s condition, lifestyle, and needs.
Feel real relief, right from the start—cutting your pain in half after just one session, so you can get back to doing what you love without that nagging discomfort.

Have you ever wondered why pain keeps coming back even after trying different treatments?
It’s often because many people overlook the importance of exercise therapy.
At ONI Physio Fitness, our exercise therapy restores your body’s functionality by teaching proper muscle engagement and movement.
By enhancing strength, endurance, and mobility in the affected areas, your body can move without compensating, helping to prevent pain from recurring!
You might have questions about your pain. No worries—consult our experienced physiotherapists to gain a better understanding of your condition and determine the most suitable treatment plan.

Glyn Owen2025-07-17Ken has been brilliant. As a 42 year old man with years of bad posture working from a desk my lower back wasn’t right. Ken has guided me through an extensive rehab program that’s now given me the tools to make sure the pain never returns. I would 100% recommend Ken to anyone who is suffering with issues. Glyn Owen

Farah Intan Liyana2025-07-01I am truly grateful to Bryan for his help with my father’s condition. My father was struggling with severe pain for almost a month, unable to move around and could only lie on his back. Bryan patiently took the time to assess and diagnose the root cause of the pain. He also recommended a few targeted exercises to help with recovery. After consistently following his advice, my father is now able to walk again and slowly return to his daily routine. Thank you so much, Bryan, for your professionalism, patience, and care!

The number of sessions needed varies among patients depending on the severity of the condition and the patient’s commitment to the treatment.
In the first session, our physiotherapists will assess your condition to identify the root cause of your problem.
They will then apply manual treatments for pain management, which may include:
Depending on your condition, we may also include rehab exercises to strengthen and/or stretch the affected areas.
Consultation is also part of the first session.
Yes! Our treatment goes beyond relieving pain; we also focus on strengthening the affected area. When the weakened part becomes stronger, it helps prevent future injuries.
This is a misconception. No pain is too small to address. Even minor issues, like a finger sprain or neck pain, can affect your overall function if not properly treated. Without appropriate physiotherapy and strengthening, the injured area may not fully recover, which can lead to compensation by other body parts. Therefore, physiotherapy not only treats the pain but also restores the original function.
No, physiotherapy and massage are not the same. While massage may be part of physiotherapy, they serve different purposes.
Physiotherapy involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating various conditions and injuries using a range of methods, such as manual release, exercise therapy, and other modalities.
In contrast, massage primarily promotes relaxation and relieves muscle tension but does not address medical conditions or injuries.
Therefore, physiotherapy is a better option for comprehensive pain and injury treatment.
At our center, we make sure to really understand your condition, your lifestyle, and what you’re aiming for. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we create a treatment plan just for you and adjust it as you progress. That way, you’re always getting the care you need, when you need it.
We also focus on showing you exercises and techniques that you can use in your everyday life, so you’re not just improving in the center—you’re making lasting changes. We’ll work closely with you to find a plan that actually helps you feel better and stay better long-term.
