To provide the best care and experience for every client, we kindly require a RM50 deposit upon booking.
This helps us minimize no-shows and ensure that both your time and our physiotherapists’ time are respected.
We truly appreciate you choosing us, and we want to give you the attention and care you deserve — with no rushed schedules or last-minute gaps.
🔒 Please note:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
On the day of your appointment, you’ll just need to pay the balance of your session fee.
For non-Malaysians, a standard 6% SST will be added to the final amount.
