"I'VE TRIED MANY THERAPIES BUT THEY DIDN'T WORK"
WHAT MAKES ONI PHYSIO FITNESS DIFFERENT IN ELBOW TREATMENT?
And it’s not doing more of what you’ve already tried...

Why The Old Way Doesn’t Work For Your Elbow Pain
If you’ve been dealing with elbow pain, you’ve probably already tried the “usual remedies”:
Painkillers or anti-inflammatory gels
Elbow sleeves or braces
Resting your arm for weeks
Massage or home remedies
And yes, sometimes the pain eases — but only temporarily. The moment you go back to gripping, lifting, typing, or playing sports, it comes back.
That’s because those methods only mask the symptoms. They don’t solve why your elbow keeps flaring up.
Many people also believe elbow pain is just “overuse” or “age catching up.” But the truth is — in most cases, your elbow pain isn’t only about wear and tear.
It’s about how your muscles, nerves, and joints are working together (or not).

The Real Reason Your Elbow Keeps Hurting
Your elbow is not working in isolation — it’s part of a bigger chain involving your wrist, shoulder, and even your posture.
Weak or stiff shoulder muscles can force your elbow to absorb extra stress when you lift or swing.
Limited wrist mobility can push your forearm tendons to work harder than they should.
Poor posture while sitting or typing can irritate the nerves that run through your elbow.
Old injuries, even from years ago, can change the way you move and make your elbow the “weak link.”
Unless these underlying issues are treated, the pain cycle keeps repeating — no matter how much rest, medication, or bracing you try.

The ONI Approach: Root-Cause Elbow Treatment
At ONI Physio Fitness, we don’t just ice your elbow and send you home. We fix the problem at its core.
Full Movement Analysis – We assess not just your elbow, but how your wrist, shoulder, and posture are influencing it.
Targeted Rehab – If your forearm muscles are overloaded, we balance them. If your shoulder is weak, we strengthen it. If your wrist is stiff, we improve mobility.
Active Recovery, Not Passive Relief – Instead of depending only on massage or machines, we combine hands-on physiotherapy with specific exercises that retrain how your arm moves.
Long-Term Protection – Once the pain subsides, we don’t stop. We guide you to build strength, flexibility, and control so the pain doesn’t keep coming back.
Imagine This:
👉 Playing tennis, badminton, or golf without worrying about your elbow giving out.
👉 Typing for hours without that nagging ache creeping in.
👉 Carrying groceries, lifting weights, or holding your kids without pain stopping you.
That’s what happens when treatment goes beyond short-term relief.
With ONI, it’s not just about easing your elbow pain — it’s about restoring your strength and confidence to live, work, and play pain-free.

FAQ
A physiotherapy session will take around 45 minutes to one hour.
In most cases of elbow pain, our clients start noticing improvement within 6-12 weeks.
That said, everyone’s recovery journey is different — the number of sessions you need will depend on the severity of your condition and how consistently you follow your treatment plan.
We are not affiliated with any insurance panels. However, we can issue a receipt and provide a letter (if necessary) for insurance claims. Please consult your insurance agent for the materials needed for your claim.
You don’t need a doctor’s referral. Our physiotherapists will assess your condition and recommend the most suitable treatment and rehabilitation plan for you.
In the first session, our physiotherapists will assess your condition to identify the root cause of your problem.
They will then apply manual treatments for pain management.
Depending on your condition, we may also include rehab exercises to strengthen and/or stretch the affected areas.
Consultation is also part of the first session.
Yes! Our treatment goes beyond relieving pain; we also focus on strengthening the affected area. When the weakened part becomes stronger, it helps prevent future injuries.
No, physiotherapy and massage are not the same. While massage may be part of physiotherapy, they serve different purposes.
Physiotherapy involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating various conditions and injuries using a range of methods, such as manual release, exercise therapy, and other modalities.
In contrast, massage primarily promotes relaxation and relieves muscle tension but does not address medical conditions or injuries.
Therefore, physiotherapy is a better option for comprehensive pain and injury treatment.
At ONI Physio Fitness, we make sure to really understand your condition, your lifestyle, and what you’re aiming for.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we create a treatment plan just for you and adjust it as you progress. That way, you’re always getting the care you need, when you need it.
We also focus on showing you exercises and techniques that you can use in your everyday life, so you’re not just improving in the center—you’re making lasting changes. We’ll work closely with you to find a plan that actually helps you feel better and stay better long-term.
